Who We Are

Founded and led by passionate food experts Carvin Wong, Calvin Yeo, and WK Moo, Zen & Co introduced the first Japanese Fusion Café concept in KL in 2015. Specializing in serving unique and reasonably priced Japanese fusion food, desserts, and beverages, our aim was to create an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Our journey began in 2015 as Zen & Co Happy Garden, where we successfully generated a tremendous amount of traffic volume. Recognizing the demand, we expanded our presence by opening a branch in Menjalara in 2017. In September 2018, to maintain good quality and fresh ingredients, we established our central kitchen.

Since our inception, we have received overwhelming support and footfall from customers, leading to our expansion. Presently, Zen & Co boasts three outlets and one central kitchen in KL. In July 2023, we further expanded our reach by opening another branch, Zen x Belly, in Segambut.

At Zen & Co, we prioritize meeting customer needs above all else, ensuring consistent high quality in our offerings. Our Central Kitchen plays a pivotal role in efficiently managing our inventory and food quality, allowing us to maintain our standards and exceed customer expectations.

Additionally, Zen & Co was featured in 8tv Hochak programming in 2017. In 2019, Zen & Co was honored with the Emerging Brand of the Year 2019 award by the International Prestige Brand Award.
